As part of the development of its training activities, the National Institute of Labour is launching a call for applications to build a database of expert consultants in labour law.

The selected experts may be called upon to work in the following areas:

• Individual labour relations (employment contracts, internal regulations, employer prerogatives, etc.)
• Collective relations (agreements, conventions, etc.)
• Professional relations (social partners, staff representative bodies)
• Labour criminal law
• Labour litigation

Assignments may concern public institutions and administrations, state-owned enterprises, as well as private-sector companies.
