The INT is organized into specialized departments, each bringing its expertise in key areas of labor, employment, and social security.

Leads the overall strategy of the National Labour Institute, coordinates directorates and manages institutional relations.
To direct and oversee all Institute activities, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives and the quality of services.
Organises and supervises all professional training programmes, seminars and refresher sessions delivered by the INT.
To offer quality training tailored to the needs of public and private enterprises, administrations and institutions, across all fields of social law, HR, management and finance.
Conducts studies and surveys on socio-professional relations, working conditions and employment, and ensures the publication and dissemination of the Institute's work.
To produce reference scientific studies on the Algerian world of work and publish specialised publications for practitioners, researchers and decision-makers.
Manages the human, financial, material and logistical resources of the Institute, and ensures the proper administrative functioning of the establishment.
To guarantee the sound management of the Institute's resources and ensure the material and administrative conditions necessary to fulfil its missions.
