As part of the development of its technical assistance, studies and consulting activities, the National Institute of Labour is launching a call for applications to build a database of expert consultants in human resources.

The selected experts may intervene in the following areas:

• Development and implementation of recruitment, appraisal and staff selection procedures
• Review and/or drafting of employment contracts
• Review and/or drafting of internal regulations and collective agreements
• Organizational diagnostics and development of organizational master plans
• Development of a job directory (job descriptions, job grading and classification, and job nomenclature)
• Development of job and skills mapping
• Development of competency frameworks
• Implementation of skills management systems
• Development of performance appraisal and management systems
• Implementation of career management and progression systems
• Review and proposal of remuneration systems (salary scales, allowance schemes)
• Review and development of training plans
• Development of human resources procedure manuals

Assignments may concern public institutions and administrations, state-owned enterprises, as well as private-sector companies.
